Number of non-primes in the set of units modulo n

Prime numbers have baffled scientists for millennia. Primes do not occur in any easily discernible order, which makes it difficult to figure out how many prime numbers are there up to given positive integer n, denoted π(n). In this work, we are interested in evaluating π(n) using the arithmetic function η(n).
